Nice animation

The art was well done, and the animation was fairly well done, and the amount of effort into the art and animation is definitely admirable! Nice length too! But the plot, jokes, and sound, was completely empty. And so was the style in my opinion. This was pretty much typical 'blue' or 'green' newgrounds portal stuff but that's really not saying much. I've seen better films from an emotional/substance perspective from a good number of regular 'greys'.

I don't know if you intentionally made this to please this particular audience, the newgrounds audience, or if you yourself are simply very young and still like this kind of thing, but with so much talent and such great discipline to put that much effort into your cartoons I'd like to see you explore other directions. Try making something that comes from you as a person rather than from cliche's or things that a 'group' of friends finds funny, or things you've already seen others do a little too many times.

I still really appreciate your cartoon and I'm glad that you are making them. I'm sorry for being so negative but feel that maybe this critisism might actually mean something to you, even if it doesn't, keep up what you love to do, even if its this stuff! ;D Best of luck, awesome effort, I felt like giving you a ten just for that and the anatomy, nice drawings man, truly :D See you again!

Thanks I really appreciate you taking the time to give me some feedback, and helping me out. I'm pretty much just goofing off, and being young like you said. I only just started making flash so I'm still learning a lot about it. I really like making movies for people to see, and seeing what people like you think about them. Hang with me in the future, and I'm sure I'll get something thats more entertaining for different people out here. Especially once I get out of school, and away from math class. But I really do appreciate some criticism. It lets me know what I'm doing wrong. So thanks again for your time.

Underratted

I hate newgrounds for that. If you put up something that's short, even up to say, three minutes, they - that is, the average newgrounds audience - automatically underappreciate the art, style, and quality of the animation. This doesn't deserve a 2.whatever out of five, its much better than that.

Excellent quality animation and artwork. Try making something slightly longer if you want to fit in on newgrounds, but if you don't care? Well then, this is fine.

Thank you so much, I agree with you, if it's short and good quality, people say it's wasted their time. If it's long and shitty, they just bich about how they could have done better or how they've seen better.

Will Be Great!

This will be great when its finished. I gave you an eight because if I ignore that its unfinished I like it. But when you DO finish it, please take this one down - if it doesn't get blammed right now. Otherwise, its a really excellent animation and I enjoyed the music too. And the 'Black' song at the end, I find, hilarious!

The animation is enjoyable to watch, and it SEEMS like there is an interesting plot there taking place, but unfortunately I can't follow a thing because the sound is terrible.

I felt like turning it off less than half way through because it was so hard to put up with the sound, and that aspect didn't change one bit throughout.

I realize you maybe opted for a low sound quality to fit in the enornous filesize it must have been when it was finished but you would have done better to have diminished the visual qualities a little bit to allow the sound to be tolerable.

Other than the Sound Descepency what I see here is alot of hard work, and a well done animation (minus the sound quality).

Keep making more, I gave you a high vote (despite the sound).

Do I really have to mention the sound so much? Yes. Yes I do.

Thanks for the handy review my man - however it'd be handy for you if you'd read the author comments before watching the submission, as I explained the sound thing. I've been sitting on this movie for months, and I mean months - 6-8 now. I finally just couldn't stand it any longer and banged it online because it was sucking my enthusiasm by not syncing its sound. The only way it'd work is at 16kps, anything else and it'd go out of sync, despite using the wee tricks like bouncing around the timeline etc. (which usually refresh it). It was driving me batarse mad and I understand your frustration, beleive me! Hopefully whatever ballsed the sound up in this one won't pop up again!

Many parts of this monologue made me laugh out loud. This was worth watching just for the monoglue. I recommend this to anyone.

Nice short.

This is a nice little short and I feel it got a little underrated. Short films always do on NG's. They seem to beleive length equals quality. Anyways, keep up the good work it's nice to see.

I would love to participate in one of these. Even though I only use a mouse I could still compete - I could send you mouse drawings to prove that :)
I would go with player 2. For me it is a contest between P1 and P2 and not because P3 is without talent. P1 has the most perspective and eye catching ability. Excels at foreshortening and seeing with the true eye sort of thing. P2's work however is better seasoned and tighter, this howevever may be because they have stuck to an established style (anime) which could mask how evolved their real style may actually be, in which case they loose points in creativity. P3 is by far the most technical, and beleive it or not, in some ways the most creative. And at times I found myself wondering if P3 actually didn't have more experience than the other two, not with drawing but with the idea of art and with using their natural creativity. (I say their because I don't know the gender of any of the contestants. Anyways, I vote: P2 just by a hair.
