I especially loved the close-up on the foot. Classic. Like the Ren and Stimpy style where they mix in still paintings with the animation, its a good style!

Anime

At least in one way that's better than normal anime. Its obviously animated on 1's or 2's instead of 4's or 5's like normal dodgy anime! :D

Excellent Fluidity

What I liked the most about this is that it had excellent fluidity. Which is SUPER rare on newgrounds; people are usually afraid to draw inbetweens. Nice fluidity, it made everything have nice movement to it, a certain bounce. Some stretch and squash, always pleasing to the eye.

Effort

Nicely done - lots of interesting style in this animation. The person who reviewed before me obviously hasn't animated anything in her life before to say it lacked effort. lol

Its like this one review I got, a guy said I animated in black and white (and shades of grey) so I didn't have to do the work of coloring the animation... if you didn't have to actually color the animation in black white and shades of grey for it to work, this would be true. lol Even white, as anyone who animates digitally knows, has to be filled in or else other things could be seen behind it!
